If you are looking to work with one of our artists, please send an email to theforestcu@gmail.com

Be sure to include the following in your initial message

 

• Artist preference, if applicable
• A general description of the tattoo, size, and placement
• Days of the week that you are available
• A good phone number to reach you at

 

You may also send any reference material that you have

 

 

All tattoos require a  non-refundable  deposit to book. The amount is determined by the tattoo.

The deposit comes off the overall total cost of the tattoo and will be applied to the final session. 

Please note,  if you need to reschedule, your deposit can be moved only if you contact your artist or the shop no less than 48 hours before your appointment.  If it is within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will not be moved. This policy only applies to first time reschedules, if you need to reschedule a second time, you forfeit your deposit.

Deposits: $80-$300+

You must be 18 years of age to receive a tattoo in the state of Illinois
