If you are looking to work with one of our artists, please send an email to theforestcu@gmail.com

Be sure to include a general description of the tattoo.

 You may also send any reference images if you have them. 

If you are wanting a specific artist, please mention the artist in the email. 

All tattoos require a non-refundable deposit to book. The amount is determined by the tattoo.

The deposit comes off the overall total cost of the tattoo and will be applied to the final session.

Deposits: $80-$300+

You must be 18 years of age to receive a tattoo in the state of Illinois
